Let’s be honest. Being a new student can sometimes be both scary and overwhelming — we’ve all been there! You're leaving familiar surroundings behind and starting completely fresh. You have to meet new people, get to know an entirely new campus, and maybe even a brand-new city or country! To make the beginning of your studies easier, we’ve created a complete guide on how to navigate the campus — and NTNU in Trondheim in general — as easily as possible.
Tip number 1 for finding your way to the lecture rooms at NTNU is to download the Mazemap app. Here, you can search for the room number you’re headed to, and you’ll be shown a map with directions on how to get there. The app is available in several languages, making it easy for all students to use. Otherwise, we just want to encourage you to get familiar with the area where your classes will be held as soon as possible after the start of the semester! Use Mazemap and explore the campus.
